iPod touch Currently JAilBreaking in Windows Need Help..

So i went to that site my safari crashed, i launched touch free and my ipod restarted itself after a little bit and now is just on the unlock screen, all touch free has said
couldn't create new files dropbear bla blabla
Reason: File Exists

Patching Ipod Flash image

Is this bad? the couldnt create new files or am i on track, i went to that website when my ipod wasnt plugged into my cpu, but is everything ok so far? is it suppoed to take a long time for patching?
