With the new software features , we are able to lock the apps with the FACE ID but on unsuccessful authentication of the face ID we are getting a prompt to Enter the Iphone passcode .
I wish the secondary authentication should be different from the regular iphone passcode like how we have a different passcode for screen time lock.
Because in many instances few close people might know your Iphone regular passcode so they will be able to authenticate. DO apple Developers have any forums where we can submit these kind of feedback or any developers from IOS here , please consider this

You can submit this suggestion in the Feedback app if you’re on Beta, or here if not: https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone/

I do think you have a point tbh. I know my brother’s phone PIN so if he were to lock any apps it would be kinda pointless.

Enabling stolen device protection should prevent fallback to passcode
Only certain actions are prohibited with passcode, e.g. turning off security or accessing credit cards. Simply unlocking the phone isn’t affected with Stolen Device Protection.

I meant in the context of opening a Face ID protected app, not unlocking the phone.
