Cydia apps missing!

I have every source from cydia installed except the language ones, but now theres a lot of apps missing. i used to have them. When i go to the sections,these are the only things showing

Development
Games
Intelliborn
Localization
Multimedia
Planet-iphone mod
productivity
repositories
system
themes
themes(summerboard)
toys
tweaks
utilities

and yes i went to edit and turned everything on.I havent uninstalled any sources either. I was particularly looking for BIND/DNS server as ive seen it before,and i couldnt find it anymore. Thats when i noticed alot of stuff missing. Is everyones like that? i tried to reinstall my sources and cydia. No go

ok after tinkering around a little more,i figured it out. Im posting just incase someone else has the same problem. i went to manage and clicked settings, then chose the last option DEVELOPER, and now im back in business.
