iOS Database-TableView-Headers

Hi,

please, I need help. If I will have database (plist) create like this(picture in the attachment)...

I will load it to table view, with some detail view, but in the table view, I need to make some sections (like A,B,C,D,E ....) and the alphabet in right for fast jump to section.

How can I do it simply? Can you explain it please?
