    Hey,

I have two dead pixels on my phone and I just had a chat with an Apple rep and he told me that dead pixels are not considered a hardware issue.

    Is that true?

Considering there are over 400,000 pixels, you would have to have 5 or more dead in order for Apple to replace it.

I just got a replacment phone yesterday for a dead pixel. And a free bumper because I was like "damn it, it's going to stretch and not fit now."
