Being a teacher, December is my term break and I am normally less active, since the bulk of my active time comes from moving around at work. My move goal is normally 500 cal, so that’s 1000. Not gonna adjust it, and if I don’t meet it, then I won’t.Ridiculously easy. Just reduce your move goal by 50% for the first two days of the month. I'm already starting to feel like my watch has it in for me compared to you guys
I had a similar challenge in November. It wasn't until half way through the month that I realised my runs from my Garmin (synced through Strava to Apple Health) weren't counting towards the challenge. It's odd because those same Garmin runs were counting towards my Move and Exercise rings each day.It's total distance moved on foot. Including workouts but not limited to.
