Hey Everyone,

Im going to LA on wednesday with Nokia (long story, I run a mobile website and nokia are sending me to a Nseries party in LA) and im thinking about buying a touch out there. I live in the UK, and am a bit wary. I mean its £70 cheaper in the US but what if it develops a fault while im in the UK? Does apple supply a worldwide warranty with their products?

Also, do you advise I ask if they are Week 38 or 39 before I buy it?

Thats good news then. Whats the chances of getting a faulty or week 37 ipod if I were to get one now then? I assume that most new ones by now are week 38.

Yeah, it seems most of the ones in US stores now are week 38's.
Just check the box for the srial number - it will either have a 37, 38 or 39 in it.

Refuse to accept a week 37.
