Hey guys, my iPhone 4s that i bought last October has a little defect now. The decrease volume button seems stuck and I can't use it anymore. I have to press very very hard in order to get it to work. I'm thinking of bringing it to the Apple Store to get it repaired, but my iPhone is jailbroken. Will they repair it even it's Jbroken?

So will they repair it or give me a replacement if I restore my iPhone 4s? I thought every iPhone come with a 1 year warranty.

I thought apple lost a lawsuit a few years ago requiring them to accept jailbroken phones?

I remember something like that also. But I don't remember the details... Oh well :D
maybe it was a temporary thing....

that makes it sound like it depends on what your issue is. I would think a volume button has zero to do with jailbreaking your phone, so they would not hold it against you. I guess it would be smarter and safer to just restore it before going into the store though.

Does anyone know if they would repair my iPhone or give me another one? If they give me another one, will it be a brand new one or a refurbished?

Well I hope those refurbs are in good condition because my iPhone has always been 100% protected without a single scratch.
