Deleting apps from 1 phone deletes apps from another?

I have both the 5 s and the 6plus. When I bought the 6plus I had Sprint deactivate the 5 s, but it still works with wifi except for calls. I have practically the same apps on both phones so if I delete an app from the 5s will it also delete that same app from my 6plus? I may reactivate the 5s but I don't want some of the apps that are on there. I don't want it to affect the apps on the 6 +.
I hope I made it clear enough and would appreciate an answer. These are my first iPhones.

nope, one shouldn't affect the other when it comes to what apps you delete.

I have both the 5S and the 6, and both phones run independently, other than its iCloud features.
