    They've never sold assault riffles in the first place. Did you mean "sporting riffles"?

    Well, what percentage of their sales/revenue was from sales of "assault rifles"? It could just be a coincidence.

    Or "sporting ruffles". Could be either one really, a riffle or a ruffle. But definitely not a raffle or a ROFL.

    Or it seems as if Americans really don’t care? If I can get a good deal at dick’s on some nikes vs footlocker, you bet I’ll buy from dick’s. Like most Americans, I’ll save money where I can. Dick’s has always been competitive when it comes to sales.

    Not really surprising. Like @Vanilla Ice said, people will still buy stuff wherever the price and availability work best.

    Yes taste when it comes to food. :p Kind of implies that the brand has something exclusive. I imagine people can get precisely the same things at other places than Dick's.
