Did 10PM reservation, returned 5, eligibility won't come back

    I recently was able to reserve and pick up an iPhone 5 but returned it the next day due to a bad lock button. When I returned another iPhone via walk in, my eligibility restored by the end of the day. But when I returned the pickup, my eligibility still has not been restored. What should I do in this case?

    Usually within 3 business days. If u passed that period. AT&T customer service is your friend

    Just a wild guess, but I think a call to ATT customer service after a day or so would be in order.
