Different things in Mac boxes?

I am mainly an iOS person so I really don't know much about Mac's or Mac developing so I have a few questions.

1. If I'm running Mac OS 10.5.8 can I Upgrade to Mac OS 10.6 for free?
2. If I am able to upgrade to 10.6 will I also be able to upgrade to 10.7 for free?
3. Will I be able to upgrade multiple Macs? I ask because I have a family iMac and soon a MacBook Pro.
4. If my membership ends before I get my MacBook Pro will I still be entitled to the new Mac OS?

1. No, as you have to pay 99USD per year anyway. And 10.6 is only 29 USD for a single computer license.
2. No, as you have to pay 99USD per year anyway, though the RTM version is included in that.
3. No, you need to buy a family license of 10.6 for 49USD, and as prices are not known for 10.7, we don't know what a family license will cost for 10.7.
4. No, unless you buy an MBP with Lion on it.

One last question. Why in some unboxings of the 2011 13.3" MacBook Pro the charger and junk comes in a white box on the side and on other unboxings the charger is under the MacBook?

Why does it matter as long as everything is there and not damaged?

Depends on the box used during that design. It might vary per country also.

Why it matters? It matters because I'm CDO, it's OCD in alphabetical order, and want it to be perfect, but inferring from the unboxings I watched it seems only countries with different outlet prongs have the white box. Thanks for your replies and sorry for some many dumb questions.
