I've recently purchased both the Composite and Component AV cables with the hope of demonstrating some applications we've written on the iPhone the same way the Apple guys demonstrated their applications in the SDK presentation. As I expected, the cables will only output video playing on the iPod. I'm wondering if anyone knows of an Application I can get with Installer.app that will allow the entire GUI of the iPhone to be displayed using the cables or if there is any other method of getting the exact screen of my iPhone onto a TV or computer monitor.
