New DNC leaks were released yesterday.

More lies, more collaboration with the media, and more coincidences surrounding big donors and federal employment. Vote Clinton!

Note for Drew to avoid a meltdown: This is unrelated to Wikileaks. These documents were published by another source. The DNC has tremendous IT security.

They do recognize ISIS as a common foe and seem willing to step in whereas other allies seem mum (e.g. China, India, etc, but they probably have their hands full, especially the constant sandbox rout between India and Pakistan...) And remember, ISIS was formed in 1989, the memes I've seen elsewhere claiming Obama created it are pure horsey manure.

'In that email, Mr. Powell lamented that he had repeatedly told Mrs. Clinton’s “minions” that they are “making a mistake trying to drag me in, yet they still try.”'

that prize is a joke. henry kissinger got it and, while i do really like obama, he shouldn't have gotten it either

luckily the other science ones are all really good

Peace and Literature are political popularity contests. The sciences are good except for economics, which is a little bit squishy. Might as well call it the Nobel Prize in Politics.

Cushy ambassadorships (e.g. to England, France, , Canada, or Japan) have long gone to political donors. I don't like it, but that's the way its been since Roosevelt.

Literature is subjective and the Nobel Committee's opinion isn't any more valid than Oprah's, or the New York Review of Books.

sure its interpretation can be subjective, but theres definitely a threshold level all the qualifiers have

The President of the Clinton Foundation just casually admitted on MSNBC that donors got "courtesy appointments" at the State Department.

Part of being an Ambassador is giving lavish parties. The State Department doesn't really want to pay for that, so they appoint someone who can, out of their own pocket.. The real decisions are made in Washington. It's absurd.

I'm curious. The thread title and OP calls this a DNC leak, but then mentions Colin Powell's email.

Is Powell's email connected to the DNC?

I don't think those countries have ever in their history got involved with military operations outside their immediate neighbourhood (other than presumably under the UN)
