Do airpods have volume or pause buttons like the earbuds we currently have?

From what I can gather, it seems you must use Siri to do any of what you asked. If you would rather not, you'll need to use your phone/watch/whatever you're connected to.

You tap twice and tell Siri what you want. Simples

If we can tap twice for SIRI, why can't we tap once for Play and Pause?

Also, Telling SIRI to increase or decrease volumn isn't ideal for the lack of instant feedback. Hope somebody can clarify this issue. Love the Pods though.

If you take one earpiece out it pauses. Put it back in and it play automatically. Take them both out and the music either stops or switches you iPhone speakers.

Source: watching every "hands on" video I could find.

From what I've read/ seen volume can be adjusted by voice (Siri) or on the iPhone. No built in volume control on the earpiece unfortunately.
