Do Apple Displays Have VGA Input connectors?

Hello,

I blame myself for the bad or misleading title. What I want to ask is:

Can I connect, for example, my pc to my apple display ( not macintosh) through a vga cable without an adapter? I also have a vga to mini display port adapter.

I know you guys will hate me for asking this but i'll ask anyways. If I have a Hackintosh can I plug it in an apple display and get the same quality as if it were a mac?

Get a hackintosh with a mini display port, ATi has some such cards, you should have no problems with it.
