    You cannot type the Apple icon on an iOS device's keyboard.

    Copy it from Safari on your iPhone and paste it when you need to.

    Settings-->General-->Keyboard-->International Keyboards

    Add New Keyboard
    Select Emoji

    I have added the emoji keyboard but there is no apple icon. I tried copying and pasting but that didn't work either.

    The Apple icon on MacRumors is just an image linked on to the posts by the vBulletin backend. On Mac OS X, you can actually type the Apple symbol. In any text field press shift-option-K and it'll type the Apple symbol. None of iOS' keyboards can do this.

    I know it isnt text but have seen it done and used before, I want the white apple icon for a categories folder but I'm not on a Mac. Any other way to achieve this?
