Do Tab Groups sync yet?

I have Safari Technology Preview (the one that got pulled) on my Mac, and iOS 15 beta 2 on my iPhone, and I've created tab groups on my iPhone, but they don't show up on my Mac. In fact, no iCloud Tabs seem to show up any more.

I'm not sure if this is a beta issue or I need to reset something. Has anyone else succeeded using the same tab groups between iOS 15 and macOS Big Sur?

Actually, it seems each other device's tabs do show up on the Start Page, in a weird card view. The old list when zooming out seems to be gone.

However, no Tab Group sync so far.

I've had the tab groups syncing as of this morning at least when I tested it about 20 minutes ago. It did not work prior to beta 2 though.

I should say that the actual groups themselves previously took until a restart of the device to sync, but the tabs themselves never synced. The tabs themselves sync now. I haven't tested new groups.

I’m finding tab groups sync fine on safari (with ios15) but they are completely different to tab groups on safari technology preview

I had exactly the same problem with the iOS 15 Beta.
In my case, the solution was to log out from my account, restart the phone and log in once again.

The release notes for 128 explicitly say Tab Groups don't sync, which implies to me that they're planning on adding that feature at some point.

I currently have 15 beta 4 installed on the iPad 7th gen.

Now that Safari has the separate tab bar again, I was planning on installing the beta on another iPad solely for tab groups syncing. Just to clarify the tab groups will sync on 2 different iPads running 15 beta, right? It's just the Mac where it won't sync?
