Plug "Bluetooth headphone adapter" into Google and you'll find a variety of options such as Belkin's Bluetooth Music Receiver and others.

Shouldn't need anything on the phone end as it supports playing music via bluetooth A2DP

Your question isn't very clear. That said I believe what you're looking for is the following. The headphones are separate from the adapter so it can be used with any headphones you wish. I use it with my Senheiser PX-200's. It communicates with the Bluetooth in the iPhone or iPad and allows you to listen to whatever you're playing. It also has a built in mic for phone calls and works with Siri on the 4S.

I don't think you're going to find anything close to that price.

Whatever you do, do NOT get the Jabra Clipper. I had 2 of these, and both broke at the jack insert (losing 1 channel). Also, the sound volume was miserable, about 50% of wired headsets.

For those of you who have used such devises, any recommendations for one with excellent volume (for a loud environment)?
