I am pretty sure Apple announced already that Siri will not be supported on any device besides the 4S

Never happen. Would overload the servers even more than they are overloaded now.

Also, too many lost iPone 4S sales;)

Nope. Likely too slow. I saw the hacked version and it hiccuped and burped all over itself. Would also need to be faster on the internet front too. All just my opinion, but a processor that's 1/2 of what it should be combined with slower internet would make for painful experience.

It can be used on the older devices but Apple will not support it.

Since Siri operates from Apple's servers, I'm guessing that it won't be happening anytime soon, unfortunately. Although iPhone 4S has a good number of new upgrades/features, you can't ignore the fact that Siri is a huge selling point. If Siri's released to other devices, people will be more inclined to hold onto their current devices until the iPhone 5, cutting into Apple's profits for the 4Ss.

So yeah, unfortunately not anytime soon (at least via official channels, and I'm guessing JB channels may be difficult too consider the fact that it runs off Apple's servers)
