Do you think iOS 9 is still safe to use on iPhone 6s or do we have to upgrade for security?

There are drive by web exploits that can affect iOS 9.0-9.3.4. iOS 9.3.5 has its exploits as well. For information, I suggest reading the security release notes for different iOS versions on Apple's site.
