Do you think the mouse pointer hand in Mac OS relates to Steve Jobs and Disney?

When rolling over a link with your mouse pointer, it shows a "gloved" hand with three black lines. This looks strikingly similar to Mickey Mouse's hands.

And doesn't Steve Jobs have a relationship with Disney?

    Could there be a relationship?

Doubt it - the mouse driver's been named 'mcky' at least since the original PPC came out in ... um ... 92? 93? (Thank you, Resedit).

Oh, didn't know that. Interesting detail.

That's weird how they named it "Mickey" before Steve Jobs was involved with Disney.

Seems logical to me - Micky / Mickey Mouse
