I just want to know if it is laggy or not, if scrolling is laggy.

Double tap the home button then swipe up on the picture of setting. Then how long does it take?

Do you think I am stupid? Don't you think I know that I have to kill the app from the multitasking tray? Right now I am on 6.1.3 but on 7 it is even faster.

Maybe you should manage your iphone better if it takes so long for a simple app like settings.

The iPhone 4 with iOS 7 installed does perform more efficiently on benchmark testing compared to iOS 6.

That boils down to the fact that the graphics technology in the iPhone 4 dates back to 2009. Although with proper optimization it should be able to run a scaled back UI more smoothly than it currently does.

I don't know... ios 7 has a plane flat design while ios 6 and below has an intense design, I mean... ios 7 is just flat, plane colors
