I'm still on 10.3.3 and its feeling pretty old? Should I update or will it make the phone really sluggish performance-wise?

In my experience, don't leave 10.3.3. I'm on a 6 plus.

I upgraded to 11 with a fresh install and for weeks could not get the same battery life or UI smoothness I could with 10. I rolled back and will stay here until there are more optimizations, if any.

I updated my iP6, and while I do like iOS 11 and while it does run OK on the handset, battery life has been murdered. I can actually watch the battery meter drain right before my eyes. Stay on 10, my friend, stay on 10.

Different people have had different experiences, but iOS 11 so far has been the first time I have faced battery issues on the iPhone 7+ that were noticeable. I ran through 60% watching YouTube in like 1.5 Hrs yesterday, never happened before. Moved to 11.1 today to see if things improve.

Also, if you haven't heard yet, 11.1 beta 3 is out (for developers thus far, PB later today)! Reports coming in that 3D Touch animation stutter is fixed, and home button delay is minimized.

As others have noted, battery life has cratered ... I've never had battery issues with my 6+ until I upgraded to 11.0.3. I'll roll back and wait a while longer.
