Does the full price verizon 5S bought at the Apple store work with an
ATT sim and get LTE speeds?

Full price or not full price , same thing. They all are unlocked. Work with att LTE, and with mobile, not sprint. I got a verizon contract, I'm canceling it and keeping the phone

So can I go into an Apple Store and buy a Verizon iPhone 5S at full retail price and not use my upgrade? I want to keep my unlimited data...I know I can't order through Apple.com or Verizonwireless.com without using the upgrade because I am eligible.

If u are on family plan that has tiered data line. Just use transfer upgrade loophole to get susbdiized price and keep ur unlimited data.
