I have major internet problems that even the experts could not fix. My internet goes off for a few seconds every twenty seconds. As a result of this, I cannot download the latest version of itunes off the internet. Iknow when I first got my ipod touch it came with a disc to put itunes on my computer. If they do have the the disc of this version of itunes will I be able to use it to upgrade my version while keeping all my songs, videos, etc. from the iTunes version I currently use?

This is a major problem for me because I did not realize you had to have itunes 7.7 for an ipod touch with 2.0 fimware to work. I downloaded the 2.0 firmware on another computer of mine but because it wasn't that computer that my ipod was synced to all my songs were deleted. I thought I could just plug it in to my synced iTunes to restore all my songs.
