Just another day in Trumpland. This morning on Twitter, Trump wrote:

Only a few hours later, when asked about the tweet:

    Gotta love this guy.

There's the transition of him gathering a cabinet and then there's the transition of trying to get the current president to stop ****ing **** up long enough to get a boot out of the White House, one side could be going smoothly while another is not. Obamas blowing up relations with Israel, Russia, and he's making a mess Trump will have to clean up.

The difference depends on whether he thinks something is a reflection on him, versus somebody else.

If it's a reflexion on him, then it has to be great, terrific, smooth, etc.

If it's a reflection on somebody else, then it's horrible, terrible, criminal, etc.

Oh please. Nice excuse but Trump himself has done this kind of rapid conflicting reversal before. It's not his transition team, it's Trump that is the issue here. The conflict between the two positions is all between his ears.

And the notion that Obama is blowing up relations with Russia is ludicrous at best. How about placing the blame where it lies...you know, on Russia? The country that hacked our election. The country that invaded part of another country and took it over. Making our NATO allies nervous. Remember that?

And he isn't blowing up relations with Israel either. One, because that was done long ago already when the Israel leader decided to do an end run and speak to congress (Incrediably rude). But also because Obama only has three weeks left on his term and Trump is friendly to Israel so how could our relationship with them be possibly blown up?

Oh, boo hoo. Wow, if Trump is going to throw a hissy fit just because the guy currently in the job -- who, if I have my facts straight, is still supposed to be doing the job -- is making decisions he disagrees with, well, just how much more of a fit is he going to throw when he actually starts his own term and has to deal directly with pushback from others.

If he wants other people to do his own job for him, he shouldn't have run in the first place. Otherwise, he should let the current occupant of the office go ahead and wind down operations in whatever manner he sees fit. If Obama is making mistakes in this last month, then more glory to Trump when he arrives to overturn them. But until then, this is still the Obama presidency, not the Trump presidency...

Either that or he thinks his followers love his keep'm off balance tactics. Just remember this about TheTrust, truth holds zero appeal unless it benefits him, otherwise a new truth must be manufactured. It's beyond me how the Trumpets love living on the edge with a self serving sociopath.

Successful business people get to run their little empires behind closed doors for the most part. Business can be quiet ugly. Seems Trump is attempting to apply all his business success tactics to running the country. So for first time we get to bear witness to that traditionally closed door ugliness while he cracks under the pressure of his closed door tactics made public while being held accountable for all of it. I don’t think he is going to do well with the entire country as the board of directors.

Source. What did they hack? The voting machines? Not even President Obama agrees with you that the Russians 'hacked' your election. There is zero evidence that vote counts were altered.

Never happened. The U.S. Government installed (literally chose) a Prime Minister of Ukraine hostile to Russia. The Russian military was already on that territory by means of a treaty signed between Russia and Ukraine in 1997.

The U.S. Government also promised to the Russians that NATO would not be creeping closer to their doorstep, which eventually happened by means of the European missile and troops expansion. What do you expect to happen? The Russians have no reason to trust the Americans because they have been treated terribly. Do you expect them to just lay there and take it when you move weapons close to the border and point them at the bear? Or would the rational expectation be some form of equitable reaction, for instance flying their planes close to your borders?

Hello? You did hear that the DNC computers were hacked, didn't you? That Podesta's gmail account was hacked. Lots of effort was spent, by hackers with Russian ties, to dig up dirt of any sort on Democrats. So yeah, the Republicans enjoyed an advantage in the seemingly endless amount of Russian-sponsored opponent research this election.

You don't think that had any effect? There's a reason why Trump can crow that he spent so little money on this election; at least in part, he can thank other countries for spending so much money on getting him elected...

What's the DNC and John Podesta got to do with hacking the election? Furthermore, the U.S. Government have not released any evidence that those breaches were as a result of the Russian Government. What they stated was they believe they are responsible because the methods are 'consistent' with how the Russians operate. That isn't evidence.

In addition, I'm sure the information released did have an effect. What's your point? Don't you believe voters should cast their vote with that information in mind? I'm sure Hillary's incompetence in the email controversy along with her record of failure also played a role.

We elected a guy like to 2 terms: Mr. Ronald "I do not recall" Ray-Gun. We need to be wary of the people who will make up the administration. Like during the Ronald era, the Donald's lackeys will be running things while the old man naps in tweets from the Oval Office.

Riiiiiight. That's why he is working on retaliatory measures. Just for s@$* and giggles.

No. They took it over. Additionally tried to take other parts of Ukraine too. Seriously where have you been hiding all these years? Your propaganda is grossly inaccurate and is ignoring the fact that there was an actual armed conflict attempting to take parts of Ukraine. That is an invasion no matter how you try and spin it.

Cause the US has never tempered with foreign elections. At least not this week that we are aware of. Probably because of the holidays.

Yeah, moreover, Reagan had spent decades in politics before entering the presidency, and had a well-defined set of policies and a following who fully understood and bought in to those policies. And so, even if he was not at 100%, his coterie were capable of managing the government in a relatively coherent manner.

Trump seems to enjoy the "team of rivals" approach (that is, assuming Trump even has an "approach" to the way he is picking his cabinet). If / when Trump should ever abstain from doing the job, for whatever reason, I just don't see his crew getting together and managing the government for him. More likely, they'll be at each other's throats in no time...
