iPod touch Duplicate Albums

So, a while back I loaded up some music off of an Album that I own. Now, I've stared to like another one of their songs, so I loaded that one on as well, but instead of just adding to the album that I already had loaded, it shows up twice.

Now I've checked all of the information and stuff, and don't know what to do :/
The information on all of the songs are correct, so I don't see the issue.

Any help?
(Shows up both on my iTunes and iPod Touch. This happened with Lady GaGa once, but it fixed itself.. o-o)
