For some reason I have saved and re-saved files, I just re-did my itunes and now that I have I have sometimes up to 4x one song, I know you can go in one by one and take them out, but is there an easier was to do it, (my files were they came from are really in no order) thanks!!

To make rooting out any duplicates a bit easier, select 'Show duplicates' from under View in the iTunes Menu Bar – it'll let you know which tracks you have multiple versions of and hopefully will let you get rid of them a bit quicker and easier.
