I have a third gen ipod touch. I have had it in a case and have never had any problems with it, but recently I have noticed that there is dust on the screen that is under the digitizer. I am not sure how it got there but I cannot get it off. there a way that I can get this off of my ipod screen without opening it up. I cannot see it except for when the ipod is off or when I am at a dark screen. It can get really annoying Please help! If need be I can try to take a photo of this to help you guys see it.

If you still are under warranty just take it the Genius Bar and they'll take the screen off and get rid of the dust/replace the screen. The process takes less than 5 min. I've had this happen on two of my iPhones, it was annoying

I live in Pennsylvania and I am nowhere near any apple store. The nearest apple store to me is in a different state. take the time to send it in to apple?
