I would like to find a program that does a nice job of ripping from a dvd the movie in full quality (space is no problem) and the full quality PCM audio track, or if aviable the DD5.1 track. Also, is there one that can make a perfect copy of the disc I.E. menus, special features, subtitles and audio tracks? I would like them to be in either MPEG-4 or .mov and play in regular quicktime 6.5 with no plugins. Anybody got something good?

1: DVD's don't use PCM audio, they use a compression ACC or MP3, that's why the good old Laser Disk always sounds better.

I use DVD decrypter to rip the .VOB files onto my computer
FLASK MPEG to incode in Div-X
and finally Virtual Dub to cut the movie in two if nessasary.

That's a windows solution, Not sure for mac, try importng into iMovie/FCE and then exporting as Quicktime file. Quicktime pro may be of some help here.
