See image. I've been having some issues since last night compared to previous performance... so just checking everything out.

5Gbps is a bit low, 5GBps is the thunderbolt 3 max theoretical throughout ;)

Usable PCIe Data Bandwidth. (from Sonnet website)
Thunderbolt 3 - 2750 MB/s
Thunderbolt 2 - 1350 MB/s
Thunderbolt - 800 MB/s
