How long does it usually take for refreshes to be available?
It could be the day of or a week, a month etc. Often it is the day of but who knows.
Usually it alternates between 7 and 11 months for the iMac line.
Depends what country you live in too
Ha.. I think he is asking how long after the new version is announced.
Oh. Usually either instantly or up to 1 month depending on the hardware being used.
Also the possibility of shipping delays. Potentially adds another 2-4 weeks. At least that's what happened with the 27" imacs.
I don't have anything to back this up, purely speculative, but my guess is that they'll be available day of, with "normal" shipping times. Only reason I say this is because it is probably just a minor speed bump, so I don't foresee a pre- order period or huge demand like you see with new product releases.
Probably a couple of days for entry level stock models with 2-4 weeks for the top end model and some BTO options.
