iPod touch Exchange sync problem

Ok here is a weird one, I didnt see this post so if there is one I apologize, I have an ipod touch 3G 32GB, I have set up the microsoft exchange with my work server, it works fine when i am at home, however when i am at work, it says it cannot get mail, connection to server failed, I know the settings are right, becasue it works fine at home, i know it is not the server because my phone syncs fine, the access point i am using (linksys WAP54G) was left standard except for a password protection, so i am asking anyone for any ideas. The other thing is it worked fine for about 2 weeks then stopped working. I reset the router, and still nothing.
