Until They Change The Timeline On Global Warming Again
WORLD—Climate experts have solemnly warned that we only have twelve years left until they change the dates on global warming again.
"If we don't take action, then in 12 years we will have to explain why the world hasn't ended and come up with a new number," one UN scientist warned. "This is a very serious threat, and we urge everyone to hand control of the economy to the government immediately before we have no more time left to change the timeline again."

The global warming issue is a politically motivated agenda and its main goal is a world wide tax.
July 2018 is the hottest month on recorded human history.

reconcile that with your conspiracy thoeries.

https://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/europe-heat-wave-climate-change-1.4904410

right. You can't reconcile that without some tinfoil hat nonsense because your "side" cannot provide any evidence to your claims other than sticking your fingers in your ears and pretending ignorance.

I' don't know whats more damning about it. The fact that you guys are ignorant, which is bad enough despite all the evidence, or the fact you are willfully acting this way.

I think the rest of the world needs to move on without listening to opinions of people who would willfully be ignorant. plain and simple. were better off just ignoring your claims that are unable to be verified or backed up

here
The scientific consensus is that roughly 10-12 years from now, the world will be flooded with new doomsday predictions. This can all be avoided if we overhaul the economy and become socialists, according to non-political, unbiased sciencey type guys.

It’s not about wether global warming is fact or fiction (not to the politicians nor elite families which have places to hide or move to when or if it occurs) but about taxing the world because of it.

it is, to make the U.S a socialist country , pay your taxes to make mother earth feel better..............it's NOT MY fault you guys tied that scam to greedy politicians
Listen. if you want to argue that there are better methods than taxation to handle the problme, I will absolutely 100% listen and even support reasonable solutions. Taxes suck especially if there's no real return on value for them. (even if some taxation is completely necessary)

There are many means in which we can do better, greener and push for reasonablechange to help with the growing problem.

thats a conversation that I'm sure many are willing to discuss. What can we do.

but everytime the discussion comes up. you and a few otheres immediately fall back on "hoax". and reject the verifiable evidence presented to us.

I even agree that when politicians open their mouths and use hyperbolic statements like "world will end in 12 years", it does more harm politically than helps.

But there is an absolute dire need to head off the problem now, and if we cannot head off the problem, spend to adjust to changing global demands as mass migrations will occur, and food sources change completely.

screaming "hoax" despite the evidence is just pure ignorance.

SO, with no tax, what proposals would you support alternatively to help fix, or at least mediate the immediate and long term affects that climate change is already having on our everyday life? would you support a free market solution like cap and trade? how about subsidies for cleaner uses. penalties for companies that violate regulations on emissions?

we've tried the complete "sit back and do nothing" free market approach and it has failed. So the libertarian ideal of let the market fix itself is NOT working. So solutions need to be devised. what solutions are you prepared to support.

How about no fluorocarbons nor nuclear waste nor dumping phosphates or weather manipulations?

Political parties and real science do not mix well.
This I will agree with. When the game is purely about 'Winning above all else' than rationality goes out the window in order to win.

politicians are clearly willing to **** the world over for the "win". and this isn't something that is even down party lines anymore. As we keep getting more and more hyperpartisan and keep treating politics liek a win/lose game. it gets worse and worse.

How many of us watched the movie or read the comic " the watchmen". hopefully not to spoil anything, but the premise of that was that the world needed an objective, outside enemy in order to finally band together. the ideal was that if we all faced the same outside threat, we would throw down our hate and fear for eeachother and unite to fix what would doom us.

we are literally being presented with that possibility. And the Watchmen got it all wrong. We are more divided than ever down partisan lines.

I've always liked that idea. it's something we had up here. Go green, reduce your usage and outputs and you got tax credit or even rebate.

Unfortunately, due to unfortunate circumstances, a conservative government took over in Ontario and those programs were scrapped day 1 against popular support.

the idea of a tax is hard to swallow. we wouldn't EVEN HAVE A GAS TAX if Dougie Ford didn't scrap the Cap and Trade and green rebates.

so yeah, politicians tend to dick us all around and take us all for a ride. IT doesn't suddenly mean that there's no problem or the climate issue is a hoax. Just that politicians are scummy

barring what happened though in Ontario, the way Canada wide gas tax was implemented for provinces that refused their own programs makes the most sense.

of the revenues collected from the gas tax, 90% is returned back to the tax payers in the form of fixed rebates. 10% is set into a specific energy fund to tackle items like migration due to population changes, and other environmental impacts such as flooding and fires that are directly linked to it.

of that 90% rebated. the majority of Canadians will receive back more than they have spent. (this year was $490). the gas tax is literally just 4.4c per litre. So if you are a household with low spending on gasoline, you actually benefit. if you're a household with very high usage, you will spend more. the motive here isn't necessarily revenue generation but purposefully increasing the cost of gas to try and steer spending habits towards less consumption.

I can do conspiracy theories as well:

the oil and the military industry are in perfect coordination to push this agenda that climate change isn't real so that they can make the Middle East (a oil-rich region) a pivotal geopolitical region. This allows both industries to take huge profit, either in oil exploration, or in military "intervention" of that zone. And American taxpayers go along with it. Last year alone they paid almost 700 billion just for the military.
I know that I am right and there's no way you can prove me wrong /tinfoilhat

That appears to be just what was said by Wernher Von Braun to Carol Rosen which worked together at Fairchild industries and was “beware the false alien invasion”.

July 2018 is the hottest month on recorded human history.
And we have only been able to reliably measure temperature for maybe 400 years give or take. Humans have been walking the planet for approximately 1.5M years. The Earth has been able to sustain life for approximately 3.5B years.

You want me to do the math or do you want to do it.
