Ever since I updated to 11.xx on my iPhone6S I would get an extra email folders showing that I can only uncheck and remove at irregular times.
My situation: I have 6 email accounts I use through the email app and have been for years. There are POP accounts, IMAP, Gmail, and multiple Exchange accounts.
My issues:
1. when slide deleting emails they sometimes don’t delete or sometimes the buttons disappear.
2. With my iPhone 6S my main exchange work account would show the Trash folder, and would not always allow me to uncheck it. Sometimes I could uncheck it but it would always come back hours or days later.
Now I updated to a iPhone8 and now it is worse. I now have Trash from my main work account, Deleted items from a second exchange account, and a Clutter items folder from a third exchange account, and at no time do I have the option to uncheck them.
Anyone seeing these issues? Any solutions or stuff to try?
