Extra G5 RAM

Hey everyone, one quick question... When buying extra RAM for a DP G5, i know that you have to install RAM in pairs. does that mean that you have to have EXACATLY the same stick of RAM, or can they both be 512 megs PC3200 but from different manufacturers? Thanks for the help!

Ideally you'd want matching pairs... but at the very least ones from the same batch.

Agreed. G5's are really quirky when it comes to RAM (learning the hard way).
