Is there a faster way or a software that helps you delete the entire cookies for Internet Explorer on a Mac?
Time consuming to be deleting one by one.

No need for special software. If you hold down the shift key you can select them all (select with the apple key to select just the ones you want). After selecting your multiple cookies... you can delete them at once with the delete button.

Ahhh phew! Thanks.
That sure beats deleting cookies one by one.

Faster way to delete cookies in I.E.

For a software solution that will handle multiple browsers at once, look for Cookie Muncher on VersionTracker. It works easily with IE and Safari and other browsers.
