iPod touch Fastest Converter?

Hi. I am fully aware of the endless list of video converters. But i was wondering if anyone knows of the fastest video converter that will convert video for your ipod. Im not necessarily looking for quality. Im looking for speed. something that i wont be waiting for hours.

The usual suspects (Handbrake/iSquint/Visualhub/Mpeg Streamclip), just don't select h.264 and set the bit rate a bit higher.

Avivo Video Converter. There's a hacked version *somewhere* that works with any graphics card, not just ATI. You have to use PSP profile, not the best quality, but it'll convert a 45 min TV episode in 5-8 min on my crappy P4 2.4ghz.

a zune converter that i used to use was really fast, though i never used any other converter, so i can't really compare it to anything
