All that is certainly no worse than the missing emails Bush had from his personal server - only 22 million of those were deleted... Bush and Rove got a free pass, why the double standard?

She has earned a very long prison stay, The result of a long life of crime. Sadly it's highly likely that nothing will happen. Bubba has connections.
If they find evidence that her lax standards put the integrity of our national security at risk, and she's found guilty of it in a court of law, the ONLY thing that could save her is a presidential pardon.

...and I doubt Obama would touch that with a 10 foot pole.

Yeah, using her position at the state dept. to sell US uranium rights to Russia in secret for money which amounts to 1/5th of the world's uranium rights, and dealing through the Clinton Foundation to sell US contracts and state secrets..is a little different than sending yoga emails...

Racketeering, espionage, treason comes to mind..

If there were any real evidence she used the Clinton Foundation to sell state secrets, the FBI wouldn't be flittering about over the potential harm caused by her private server. She'd be in jail by now.

Bubba is also implicated as well as the daughter IMO, as she runs the Clinton Foundation for parent dearests.

5000 Americans dead in a war over WMDs that don't exist = Bush was a patriot!

4 Americans dead in Benghazi after Republicans refused requests to tighten security = Hillary is a traitor and deserves prison!

Oh and don't get me started on this email thing that everyone else is guilty of but only hold Hillary is accountable for.

How about a hanging in the town square, or would that be too soft?

Considering they have a full team investigating this, complete with all evidence sitting right in front fo them, there's no way it'd take them over a full year to come up with an indictment.
I think the standards to indicte a queen is a little different than the peasants. The feds apparently have largely enough to indict a regular shmo, but how deep does the rabbit hole go .....? (maybe the Bush family could be asked?)

Not when state secrets are on the line.

Hillary isn't a queen. She's just a heavy political player.
According to insiders they believe the case will end in May. Right now, the FBI has asked to interview her staff and Huma just last week. Next is Clinton, who apparently has lawyered up.

These are the final stages of an investigation, and if Clinton lies at the Feds...she is done. If she refuses to cooperate, then they will make their case to the Att. General.

The facts:
According to Democratic House Oversight Committee staff, the amount that the GOP-led House passed for two accounts that pay for embassy security in fiscal 2012 ($2.311 billion) was $330 million less than the Obama administration had requested ($2.641 billion).

A GOP House Appropriations Committee aide confirmed the House bill had less in these accounts than what the administration requested.

However, the final bill, after being worked on by the Democratic-led Senate, put in more money than what had passed in the House. The final bill, which passed with bipartisan support, gave a total of $2.37 billion to these accounts for fiscal 2012 -- about $270 million less than what the administration had requested.

So selective reading on your part. It was both Repubs/Dems.

Highlighted to point out the obvious. Both sides agree that it was LESS than asked for which led to cuts.
