“The law couldn’t be more clear — employers have no business interfering in women’s healthcare decisions,” California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said in a statement on Sunday. “Today’s court ruling stops another attempt by the Trump Administration to trample on women’s access to basic reproductive care.”
pray/say/tell why should a business be forced to pay for your health care in the first place?

The health care system is one of those things that effects everyone at all levels. Be it personal sick days that cost you money to costing the business money to the burden on the healthcare institutions themselves and the cost to run them. Who do you think ends up paying hospitals when someone shows up in the ER and can't pay their bill? Tax payers often get to foot the bill. Companies offering healthcare end up benefiting overall when they offer health care options.

I am aware of the benefits, still does not answer why should a CO be forced to provide others with HC that the GOVT sees fit.................

Companies under 50 employees don't have to. Larger companies do or pay a tax. As for why, ask your Congressman.

I just don't see how contraception qualifies as health care. Sex is an optional leisure time activity. You get a paycheck to pay for the necessities first and if enough is left over leisure. If you don't want to have kids or the health risks of pregnancy or STDs pay for the contraception or don't have sex. I don't expect an employer to pay for other activities, hobbies or interests. That's what a paycheck is for. Why this?

Should they be required to pay for peoples running shoes, treadmill, bike or gym membership? Those can improve their fitness and health.

Because that’s the ****ed up system we have in place to lock workers into jobs they hate.

@ those saying sex is a leisure activity in response to birth control..,do you people really have no women in your lives at all? Birth control prescriptions are for more than preventing pregnancy. Come on.
