Not a great story, but AT&T has taken alot of flak so here is a positive spin for them...

I almost went off on my receptionist yesterday. I got home from at 4 and saw the fedex truck pulling out of my apartment building, but when I asked for my package upon getting into the lobby the receptionist said there was none. I ran up to my unit, checked fedex.com and the package showed as delivered. Just as I was taking the elevator down to the lobby my girlfriend called and said that the at&t store called and they had our phones.

So I live at 11101 mulberry street apt 1601 and just across the street is the local at&t store with the address 11926 mulberry street, but the fedex driver decided to deliver my package to the at&t store instead of my house (my address was on the package, my building is huge and I am sure he has made countless deliveries to it).

How can a guy fail so bad at his job, christ he has to get a signature from the proper address to deliver the damn thing. But it all worked out in the end as the AT&T store was super cool and ported our numbers over.
