I found this on slashdot, pretty interesting and pretty damn slimey of her.

According to the Register, Senator Diane Feinstein is attempting to put language into the stimulus bill that would kill net neutrality. The amendment that her provision was attached to was withdrawn, but lobbyists tell Public Knowledge that Feinstein hopes to put it back into the bill during the closed-door conference committee that reconciles the House and Senate versions.

Ugh... So sick of her being bought and sold by the telecoms. Sometimes I wish she would run for governor, just to get her out of the Senate. But then I remember that she'd be busy mucking up California full time.

I'm disappointed with Feinstein for going along with this.

I don't know if she managed to sneak this into the reconciliation that was just approved, but even if she didn't, you can bet she or someone else will be pushing hard to insert it into another bill.

Do we know if it made it into the latest draft?

    This needs more press.

    Lobbyists should be expunged.

They serve no useful purpose in life.

Anyone does a bad job as governor of California its our legislature and propositions that put us in our current problems, the governor just takes the blame. Even though I really don't like her she still is the better of our two senators which isn't saying much.
