    I wasn't no

I figured it may be less busy than West Quay and it's a much bigger store. Festival place twitter are yet to confirm but they mentioned a 5am opening time for queuers

Yes, Id imagine it will be a lot less busy than West Quay.

Interesting - guess we'll keep an eye on their twitter then. What time were you thinking of heading there?

was there for the 5, at least stopped by to have a look.
there was a very large queue, from the store, to the other side, back past starbucks, then looped past the underwear shop.

    about 200+?

Cheers Dave - I did manage to find a YouTube video and the queue looked fairly large there too.

Alledgedly Apple arent expecting huge numbers and havent requested any additional staff/security etc to help out, dont know if this is an oversight but interesting.

5AM start and youre not even sure if youre going to buy - thats dedication to the brand haha. Im sure you'll get caught up in it all and buy one.

Still undecided myself - which way will you go in if you get there for 5AM?

Am going to see what the wait is online, if its long am thinking of heading over this way for around 4:30ish. Anyone whos been there before for a launch, any idea how long the wait usually is around that time... although i guess maybe totally different this time!

Haha, glad I'm not the only one who thought that.

It was a mess from the start really. When they for the 3rd time asked people in the middle of the queue to start moving back, I left.

Does any one know what time Festival place is opening on Friday?

I'm debating going down, what do people think the walk in stock will be like?

Reach Apple Store @ Festival Place at 4:30 am. Guaranteed to get the phone you want.

Done that for last 3 times; got it each time.

The early bird gets the wo..

If the doors say open at 5am, is there a specific door that'd have a queue behind it that'd transfer to outside the shop?

Ok, I'll go down for then then.

Like above, is there a 'special' door to queue at?

What is the turnaround time? Guess it depends on the number of staff?
