Since iOS 14.3, I've been warming my head with constant access to the location on Find My iPhone, something that didn't happen until iOS 14.2.

My hope was iOS 14.5, but we continued with constant access to the location.

On my device, the arrow appears every 10 seconds and, when checking in privacy, I see that it is Find My iPhone that is accessing my location. I don't know if it's a bug or normal system operation, but I believe that this exaggerated access to the location should consume more battery than normal.

I see that few people worry about it, even I've never seen a YouTuber complaining about this "problem".

Don't you care about that?

Same happens here...
On iPhone 11 Pro after upgrade to 14.5 and later on to 14.5.1.

There's constant use of localisation for 2 services for me: Find My iPhone and Compass Calibration.

There's a noticeable increase of device temperature besides higher and unnecessary battery usage.

Sadly 14.5.1 didn't help and like you notice not many of users cares about so I don't see a fix for it but waiting for next update since turning off Find my iPhone isn't a solution...

There is no reason for the device to access the location every 10 seconds. It doesn't make sense!

Mine is doing the exact same. I have location services off for everything but find my iPhone in case it gets lost. My se 2020 is constantly showing it’s tracked with the arrow and sometimes it never goes away!
