I want to use the blue that the text changes to as the default color for my incoming texts, but I can't seem to find the .png anywhere.

    Can anybody help?

[E] The blue color that the text changes color too when you select it.

Are you talking about the incoming text bubble .png ?

The original .png is called balloon_2.png

    Using SSH navigate to:

    /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ChatKit.framework/

    Balloon_1.png is the Sender (outgoing)
    Balloon_2.png is the Recipient (incoming)

I have those already, the default grey and green, but thank you for the response.

What I want is the blue color you get when you hold down on a text to select/copy it. I want to use that as my incoming text. I already know to how to SSH in and replace them etc., but I am having trouble finding the blue "selected text message" color.

You added the screenshot after I read the post. Makes your request easier to understand.

    Go to this post....

    SMS balloon pack

Perhaps the shade of blue you want is in this group.

Yeah I thought the screenshot would make it easier to understand, I was confused myself how to explain it.

Thanks for the zip file there, even if the exact shade isn't in there, there seems to be enough to satisfy me.

E - (though if somebody could find that blue color :))
