As a Trump supporter I am a bit interested to see what would happen if Hillary wins, but not for serious/real reasons...

I REALLY want to see Bill Clinton as the first "Gentleman" in the Whitehouse. I would look forward to hearing about the wild parties and the lectures on how to cheat on your wife while appearing to be busy at the office.

If that's what he's going to do, then perhaps "First Sleaze Ball" might be more appropriate in such a case...

I think he will continue to behave as he has for the last 20 years.

    At his age? Please.

All these comments by Trump supporters are so ridiculous. But then so are the comments from their chosen candidate, so I guess that shouldn't be so surprising. It seems like you are all trying to one-up each other in some crazy contest of who can say the most outlandish thing.

Bill looks terrible these days. I doubt he'll live to see the end of Hillary's presidency.

    Exactly.

This is not 1992, and Mr Clinton has added a few decades to his age from the time when he held office himself. And his health hasn't been perfect in those intervening years, either.

Seriously, what a ludicrous thread: Assuming his health holds, there is no reason for Mr Clinton not to be able to serve as a consort to an office holder in an exemplary manner.

Hillary won't have a second term. Hillary will work for the plutocracy and do nothing to address the underlying rage and hopelessness that carried both the Trump and Sanders candidacies. She will try to distract us with more foreign adventures but the pressure will continue to build.

Once the pressure reaches critical mass there will be a reckoning and nothing will be the same.

as much as I like your post you assume there will be someone like Trump or Bernie that will once again manage to stand up, I am betting BOTH the DNC and the GOP are looking to change their respective rules so that does not happen EVER again :(

Agreed, but I'm not even thinking about parties or elections. We forget that by the early 1930s, inequities in wealth and power brought the country to the point of outright revolution. We are moving in that direction again. Read Arthur Schlesinger, Jr.'s "The Politics of Upheaval."

It's interesting how someone can put trust into someone so unstable and someone who often reverses himself in the same conversation or speech.

The thread, is, of course, perfectly ludicrous - given his knowledge and experience, Bill Clinton could be an enormous asset to his wife playing such a role, - but what it suggests to me is a reluctant admission that Hillary Clinton will most likely win the election for the White House.
