Resolved font for sig is larger than rest of email in gmail

The font in my sig is larger than the rest of the email from my iPhone 5s iOS 7.0.4. It is okay with my iPad Mini 1st generation (same iOS) and from my desktop unit or laptop. Is there a way to change the font? I do *not* have the text larger or bold in settings. This just bugs me.
