Netflix is finally coming to my country this fall. Now, for those of you who got netflix in the past, will I see a netflix App appear on my Apple tv?

Yes that's how it works...your ATV should update itself and the Netflix icon will appear in the main screen.

You should also subscribe to http://www.unblock-us.com in order to select between all Netflix regions. Use http://www.moreflicks.com to find in which region the content you want is available.
