For my iPhone 6s Plus Space Grey 128GB I did get a slim power support Smoke Matte Case but later decided to remove it because I wanted a more lighter and slim feel for my phone. I also had Apple Care + bundled with my phone so it made me more comfortable using my phone without any case.

However, just for some protection I decided to install a 3M transparent carbon fiber skin to protect my phone from any scratches.

For the screen I am using iMos 3D Glass Screen 0.4mm (new version) for the iPhone 6s Plus. I also put a gold home ring from iMos to give it a more elegant look.

For the phone's camera I also installed the iMos Sapphire Glass Gold ring protection.

I also got a nice Leather Sleeve case (Kavaj "Miami") for my iPhone 6s Plus.

How are you guys rocking your new iPhone 6s phones?

Tell more about your skin. Brand? Installation method? Does the skin offer more grip than the naked phone?

Actually the skin I got from a local shop in Hong Kong. It is 3M skin like those invisible shield type. The shop usually only has transparent clear skins or transparent matte finish. This time they had many more options.
1) transparent Clear carbon fiber
2) Transparent Clear Diamonds for the ladies
3) transparent matte wood
4) transparent clear with teddy bears for the ladies
5) transparent clear with flowery designs for ladies

I liked the carbon fiber one the best. The sides of the phone are just plain clear skin to have a more comfortable grip.

It cost me US $25 for the skin and installation.

I had a back film installed at the Zagg stand at my local mall. It's a matte finish but gives the phone some grip. On the front I have a glass SP from Belkin the Apple Store agents installed.
Caseless sometimes.

I'm waiting on my new phone. Should be here by the end of the month. I currently have the 6 Plus and am getting the new S Plus. Usually I just get a comfortable white case or semi transparent colored, both ultra thin.

However with my new phone being the rose gold I'd rather not cover it up. I'm pretty comfortable carrying the phone without a case providing it has better grip. I find my naked Plus extremely slippery.

I have found a couple of really nice matte and clear super thin cases. But I'd really like to go with a matte body skin. I need it to give some decent grip. If it doesn't give the grip, then I'll have to revert to a case.

Can anyone recommend a plain matte skin with good grip? I've purchased best skins ever and Bodyguardz but neither of them appear very grippy. I'll try them when I get my phone but I'm skeptical.

Does the Zagg provide better grip?

I don't see how anyone can use this phone naked without the fear of dropping it. I rocked the phone carefully (on bed) while I waited for my battery case to arrive (used my S6 which I gave to my daughter). The phone is so slippery and thin it made me paranoid beyond belief. Not only does the battery case add over double the battery life but it makes the phone feel much more comfortable in hand; made the thickness just right for me. And it directs the speaker sound to the front. Just for those interested below is the link to the case I bought.

If you are hinting at using the phone without a case because you like the looks of the phone naked then I would highly recommend purchasing the tempered glass screen protector because from my experience with it, I would rate very well. If you don't care about the phone being in a case but you can't stand the thought of even dropping it in a case, then buy the life proof case. It protects the phone more then well it just has some downsides to the case such as audio input, charging, and sound. Otherwise just get a good case and have fun!

I agree that the 6 series phones are way too slippery when handling naked. I tried a battery case back when I had my iPhone 5. But I found that I didn't use it due to having to haul around the extra bulk. I have the Plus and absolutely love the extra screen real estate. For me I want to keep it as slim and lightweight as possible so either a grippy skin or ultra thin case will work best for me. I do use an edge to edge glass screen protector which had helped in a couple of drops.

I have never had to recharge my Plus during the day no matter how much I use it. During the week I can easily get 2 days in a charge. On the weekends I charge each night.

I also have Apple Care on my phones.

That is nice.

The iMos Screen protector I am using is 3D edge to edge. It is the best one in the market. Gorilla glass.

I've had SlickWraps 'Naked' on my 6, and it has a grippy matte feel to it.
I would recommend that.

I did order some as I like the holes cut out for the speakers.

Just for the heck of it, I tried a test run install of Best Skins Ever on my current phone. OMG - not easy. I'm a pro at screen protector installations and pretty much get a perfect install every time.

I spent over 45 minutes trying to install the matte skin and got really close. Even with the steamy bathroom technique, I found it extremely difficult to get every speck of dust out. I was almost to the corner edges and noticed a spot in the back that appeared smudged. I tried extra solution but it appears that I damaged the skin getting the dust off. So I ended up pulling it off. Maybe I'll have better luck with the slick wraps when my new phone comes.

Its different.

I usually go form the ordinary 3M clear skin protection but this time since the carbon fiber one was there, I decided to get that one.

Right now on my 6 Plus I have the .2 Benks edge to edge. It has been superb. I had no problems with installation and it is so thin I don't even notice it. It also fits right to the edge of my favorite case the Puro. The quality of the cutouts and oleophobic coating is also excellent. I did order a 3D screen protector for my new phone but if i can't get a perfect install without bubbles or it feels noticeably thicker, I have a backup Benks.

Thanks for the recommendation. I wouldn't have found my current favorite case if not for these threads.

For my 6s I will be using an Ice Max tempered glass protector, and Slickwraps naked back wrap, matte.

Do did you do this? How did your installation come out?

I have all the accessories, but still waiting on my phone (like you) :p It's scheduled to be delivered today, so I should have an update for you by the weekend.
